Photo Supreme is a program that manages pictures on your computer.
It has a modern and pleasant design and its interface is very well structured. The home page opens a quick importing wizard that helps you import images from your computer into the application. Once you add the pictures, you have the possibility to sort them however you like. A catalog allows you to manage them by category, portfolio, rating, color label, file type, catalog state, version placeholder, date or by the image details. My favorite catalog is the one that sorts the images by category, because it gives me the possibility to sort my images in various methods, thus I can select the pictures according to people, events, places, objects, style or just miscellaneous. At the bottom it has some useful functions that allow you to share the pictures via Facebook, Flickr and other social networks or to see the details of the picture.
You can also edit images by cropping and rotating them, by modifying their scale and even by adding a watermark. Another interesting function allows you to compare your photos on a light table. If you choose the full screen option, you can use a loop to see details of an area or start a slideshow. This program can import databases from other applications like 'Lightroom', 'iMatch', 'FotoTime', 'Controlled Vocabulary, or 'UltraTAG+Pro'. In the tools section, you can synchronize all the images from your computer; you can clean up all the unused thumbs and previews and back up your data. To secure your privacy, it can add a password to your database.
In conclusion, this is a powerful program that works fast and doesn’t consume a lot of resources. If you want a well-ordered image library, this is the tool you should use. The only thing it lacks is the possibility to change the program’s theme.
